Sirius Satellite Radio Upsets Subscribers

Sirius Satellite Radio Upsets Subscribers

The ardent followers of Sirius Satellite Radio were not happy last week as the service suddenly pulled BBC Radio 1 from its channel line up with no warning. The satellite radio replaced the programming with a loop about making space for a new channel.
Subscribers are ruing the lack of transparency from the satellite radio about this move. The common opinion is that if it is a subscriber based service then they should definitely have a say in the decisions. The power of the subscribers cannot be under estimated and there was a Facebook page for getting back BBC Radio 1 back on the satellite radio within hours of its removal. The page has an active group of 3,500 members.
All the calls and messages to the satellite radio have been useless as they have been ignoring the question with common answers regarding the feedback but no actual information about the removal of BBC Radio 1.
